| Resumo | The experience from projects whose primary motivation is data collection is that often the full benefits of the work are not gained until some years after completion of the data collection phase. The results described in this book should therefore be regarded as orily the start of the analysis and application of the ABRACOS data. However, many new insights into the soil-vegetation-atmosphere interactions for Amazonian forest and pasture have already been derived. This paper presents a summary of the main results so far and the conclusions to which they lead. |
